Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead (Hybrid)

Fexco is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist for the Prize Bonds team in Killorglin. Initially onsite with potential for hybrid work later, the role focuses on maintaining and evolving the quality framework, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Prize Bonds operation.

You will analyse data, partner with stakeholders, and lead Lean Six Sigma activities to enhance customer outcomes and efficiency, while coaching teams and embedding best practice.
