Quality & Compliance Officer Kilkenny

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a leading intellectual disability service provider for a Quality & Compliance Officer to join their team in Kilkenny on a specific purpose contract (minimum 6 months).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in disability services and quality assurance to play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting continuous quality improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of care across residential and day services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete quality and compliance audits
• Monitor and support HIQA compliance activities
• Track and oversee quality improvement action plans
• Develop reports, templates, policies, and compliance documentation
• Support service managers with regulatory and quality requirements
• Facilitate quality-related training and promote best practice

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification (or currently working towards)
• Minimum 3 years' experience within the disability sector
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, Health Act 2007, and disability service standards
• Excellent administration, reporting, analytical, and MS Office skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
