Quality & Compliance Leader - ISO & Audit Excellence

Arriva Road Transport Services (ARTS) is seeking a Safety, Quality & Assurance Manager in Derby with hybrid working and a permanent contract. You will lead quality assurance, compliance, audits and performance initiatives to ensure audit readiness and exceptional service across the business.

The role reports to the Head of Safety with matrix lines to operations, delivering governance, risk and data protection activities and driving continuous improvement for customers and stakeholders.
