We're working with an award-winning consultancy that blends human creativity with cutting edge AI to help brands stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.

They're now looking for aResearch Directorto join their qualitative team in London. You'll work alongside a talented group of quallies, quants, analysts, designers, and in house AI specialists for clients across tech, media, retail, finance, and more.

As Research Director, you'll lead complex qual projects from end to end, designing bespoke approaches, moderating fieldwork and turning human stories into business shifting insight. You'll also play a key strategic role in nurturing and growing key client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping shape long term partnerships.

Projects are varied and often global, from cultural studies on the meaning of "home," to exploring diversity in creative campaigns, to development work supporting female entrepreneurs in Ghana.
