Milk Education is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Doncaster that is seeking a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 while working alongside experienced teachers in a nurturing learning environment.

The Role

As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Work with individual pupils and small intervention groups to raise attainment.

• Assist with phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions.

• Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND where required.

• Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive classroom environment.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and school staff.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).

• Previous experience working within a UK primary school (essential).

• A good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.

• Experience supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A caring, patient and proactive approach.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
