Qualified Social Worker, Hospital Discharge Team, Salford Council Pay rate up to £32.55 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Hospital Discharge Team in Salford Council.Advanced Practitioner required for a Hospital Discharge Service covering Salford Royal Hospital to support staff with day-to-day tasks and any arising complexity.Office based on the hospital grounds working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. 12-month contract in support of maternity leave cover.
