Pay rate - £37 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Adult Learning Disability and Transitions team in Tameside.
Tameside require an ATM for the LD & Transitions service.
Candidates must have knowledge and experience of LD, Autism and Transitions.
Must have experience of supervising, authorising support plans and have a good understanding of the legal framework.
