Qualified Social Worker, Adult Manager, Community Team, Blackpool CouncilPay rate to £40 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as a Manager in an Adult Community Team in Blackpool Council.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join our Community Adult Social Care service at an exciting time of improvement and transformation.This is a key leadership role where you will manage a multidisciplinary team, providing strong operational and professional leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred practice. You will oversee complex casework, deliver effective safeguarding responses, and drive performance across assessment, review and care planning functions under the Care Act 2014.You will play a critical role in supporting people to achieve independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes, while ensuring risk is managed appropriately and proportionately.Don't forget, if this role isn't the perfect fit, we're confident we can find one that is.
