An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in North London is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Social Sciences Teacher to join its expanding Humanities team. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about helping students understand society, behaviour, and the world around them.
The Role- Teach Social Sciences at KS4 and/or KS5
- Subjects may include Psychology, Sociology, and/or Criminology
- Plan creative and engaging lessons that promote critical thinking
- Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more Social Science disciplines
- Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level (desirable)
- High expectations for student achievement and behaviour
