Qualified Person

We are looking for 5 Qualified Persons (QP's), either as a full-time employee or a freelancer to play a key role in batch review and release for one of our major pharmaceutical clients.

This is a critical position for ensuring that only high-quality, compliant products are released to the market, in line with applicable cGMP standards.

Your Core Mission: Batch Release Excellence

• Review and approve batch records and documentation with a high level of detail.
• Perform final QP batch release and ensure all release conditions are met.
• Ensure release register is accurately maintained and regularly updated.
• Liaise closely with manufacturing and QA teams to ensure timely and compliant product release.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the release process and related procedures.

️ Additional possible QA Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements across the supply chain.
• Oversee and approve QA documentation, procedures, and protocols.
• Support and manage deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to batch release.
• Participate in internal audits as a subject matter expert in batch release.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Industrial Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.
• Registered QP (AFMPS/FAGG) is mandatory, experience in batch certification is a plus.
• At least initial hands-on experience in QP batch release.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP guidelines applicable to QPs.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time-sensitive release activities.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
