Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work across local primary schools and early years settings? Hays Education is seeking experienced and qualified early years professionals to support nurseries and reception classes within our partner schools.

Your New Role

You will work within Early Years environments to provide high-quality care, learning and development for children aged 0-5.

• Supporting day to day learning in Nursery or Reception
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Assisting with planning and delivering EYFS aligned activities
• Observing and monitoring children's progress
• Supporting children with varying needs and abilities
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN support and parents

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 2 or above)
• Experience working within EYFS settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
