Qualified Nursery Practitioner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Client based near Lechlade, Gloucestershire. They are currently seeking a passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team. This fantastic Nursery based on a farm, is designed to provide children with opportunities to explore the great outdoors. Whether you are looking for your start in Childcare or your next step, this could be the role for you! As they will also consider a Nursery Apprentice.

Main Responsibilities;

• Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS
• Be able to implement the EYFS in to planning activities
• Build strong relationships with the team, the children and parents/carers

• To understand the importance of assessment, and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required.
• To maintain records of your key children's development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other professionals.
• To be involved in out of working hours' activities, e.g. training, staff meetings, etc
