Responsibilities include:

• Resolving issues quickly and efficiently, providing quotes and alternative solutions when required.
• Carrying a valid Gas Safe Card (front and back) and ACS Certificates (CCN1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1, etc.) as proof of qualifications.
• Having sufficient stock to complete basic replace/refit jobs.
• Willingness to cover emergency and time-sensitive work during normal hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Access to a personal vehicle for travel to and from job sites.
• Maintaining a polite, professional, and tidy appearance and conduct.
• Serving both domestic customers and working with estate agents, housing associations, and property management companies for maintenance needs.
• Health and Safety Qualification.
• Risk Assessment Qualification (preferred but not essential).
