Location/Division Specific Information Thermo Fisher Scientific's Naarden site produces innovative affinity resins for cGMP manufacturing. The QA department ensures product quality and release. Discover Impactful Work At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will lead a team to ensure flawless quality management. Our QA Supervisor role is pivotal in maintaining Quality Management System of the site, the quality aspects of the products produced at the site, release of affinity resins to the market and quality oversight over the contract manufacturers. QA is responsible for creating and revising Regulatory Support Files, as well as handling customer queries concerning the quality aspects of affinity resins. A day in the Life: 
- Lead, mentor and supervise a team, direct day-to-day activities
- Set team goals, mentor and motivate others
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Being a pro-active partner for Operations, Quality Control, Engineering and Supply Chain
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues
- Assess and decide on quality related matters reported by critical suppliers
- Foster a positive and customer-focused culture; investigate and resolve quality related questions and complaints issued by customers
- Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
- Prioritize achieving individual and team goals, manage workloads effectively, distribute the resources, and foster an inclusive environment and team culture.
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
- Professional certifications are a plus
- Managerial experience is a plus
