QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our delivery team on a contract basis to help drive quality assurance excellence across multiple business critical systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands on QA Lead with strong leadership capabilities and experience working in complex, fast paced aviation or highly regulated environments. The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 QA engineers while defining and improving testing strategy, processes, automation, and delivery quality across multiple projects.

This role requires someone who can balance leadership, stakeholder communication, and hands on testing oversight while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and delivery performance.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a QA Lead, Test Lead, or Senior QA Engineer
• Previous experience leading small to medium sized QA teams
• Strong background in both manual and automated testing
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
