QA Lead - Inside IR35 - Public Sector experience

QA Lead required to join a leading UK brand in Wolverhampton on a long term hybrid contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the programme QA strategy and framework.
• Guide Project QA Leads in delivering QA activities and deliverables.
• Ensure project test approaches align with programme standards.
• Lead QA governance, reporting and quality reviews.
• Oversee test planning, documentation and completion assessments.
• Provide leadership, guidance and challenge to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks across projects.
• Lead the development of QA processes, guidance and business cases.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in QA and test strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of modern testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to influence technical solutions and promote testability.
• Excellent leadership, governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong risk management and communication capabilities.
• Experience managing QA deliverables across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timescales.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and quality benchmarks.
