What we look for?

We are looking for a Senior QA Lead / Technical Test Manager, to become an integral part of the Agile Release Train (ART) Channels team of our client-focusing primarily on e-banking solutions . You'll develop and refine the ART-wide test strategy and drive its execution by coaching and guiding the teams. Key priorities include embedding Shift-Left practices, advancing test automation, and ensuring transparent, high-quality testing through robust reporting, all without disrupting the cadence of monthly releases. You will also maintain oversight of other applications within the Channels domain.

High english level is required.

Availability to go to the client's offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as both ART and Domain Test Manager, overseeing all testing activities-from functional and non-functional testing to environments, data management, automation tooling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with ART Leadership and the Testing CoE to align the Domain and ART test strategies with the global testing framework.
• Empower agile teams to adopt and implement the ART test strategy, offering hands-on support and coaching as needed.
• Cultivate a sustainable quality mindset across the ART and domain, championing continuous improvement, Shift-Left testing, and automation.
• Enforce quality gates throughout the domain, advise on release sign-off decisions, and act as the escalation point for any quality concerns.
• Provide ongoing visibility into test progress and outcomes at every stage of the delivery pipeline.
• Monitor penetration test findings and associated risks, and lead "Go/No Go" release readiness meetings.
• Review change requests and readiness evidence to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least 9 years of experience as QA Lead / Automation Test Manager.
• English at least C1
