QA Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a Consultancy client of ours in Zurich. This exciting opportunity will involve helping one of Switzerlands largest consultancies develop an innovative system to live stream the content of medical devices to multiple remote users simultaneously.

The role requires English language skills, and candidates to be based a commutable distance from Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Linux PC Software testing
• Networking errors
• Use Wireshark to assess network protocol
• Run network failure simulations
• Simulate OS errors
• AWS and WebApp testing
• GUI testing
• S3 tooling

Desirable Requirements:

• Strong background in Linux PC software development and testing
• Strong expertise with AWS and WebApp testing
• Experience working with medical devices is beneficial but not required
• Wireshark experience would be a plus

The role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement and is an initial contract until the end of the year.
