Excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation within a highly regulated sector, as our client looks to expand their Quality & Compliance team in Dublin.
Company:Our client operates within a regulated healthcare and distribution environment, supporting customers nationwide with specialist products and services.
With a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, they are now seeking to appoint a QA Administrator to support their internal quality systems and regulatory processes.
Role:Based in Dublin, this role will involve supporting the Quality and Compliance function across multiple areas of the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal procedures.
This position will be fully office-based for the first 3 months, moving to a hybrid model (2 days in office / 3 from home) thereafter.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the quality management and compliance systems
- Managing and logging product complaints and supporting investigations
- Assisting with product recalls and regulatory notifications
- Supporting internal and external audits (e.g. ISO, regulatory inspections)
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and quality documentation
- Assisting in the review and improvement of internal processes and procedures
- Liaising with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, and management
- Supporting KPI reporting and quality meetings
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
This role will suit candidates with previous experience in a quality, compliance, or regulated environment, looking to develop their career within QA.
- Previous experience in a QA, compliance, or administrative role in a regulated industry (medical, pharma, food, etc.) is essential
- Experience working with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Salary: €30,000 - €36,000
