Overview

Are you a passionate engineer who loves solving complex problems that serve real-world solutions? We're partnering with a mission-driven company undergoing rapid growth as they transition from consultancy to fully in-house engineering. They're now hiring multiple Python Engineers to shape the next phase of their platform.

Opportunity

As a Tech Lead, you'll take ownership of a core domain and help steer both technical design and delivery. You'll be supported to grow into people leadership (if you choose), while remaining deeply hands-on. Whether your background is in hardware integration or high-performance trading systems, there's a space here to lead impactful work from the ground up.

What You'll Bring

• Strong engineering background in Python
• Solid software design principles and iterative development experience
• TDD and automated testing expertise beneficial
• AWS experience beneficial - bonus points for certifications
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, trunk-based development, and feature flagging
• A passion for the craft - you take pride in clean code and continual improvement
