Why we need you - About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Purchasing Specialist to complete our Supply Chain team. This position acts as an important link between procurement and production planning, ensuring the availability of raw materials at the right time while developing a strong relationship with our key suppliers worldwide.

What will be your impact: Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling and follow-up of purchase orders from creation to receipt - Identify material requirements using the ERP system, create orders to suppliers, and follow-up the shipment and warehouse receipt.
• Conduct regular meetings with key suppliers - Discuss monthly / quarterly volume outlooks and manage the introduction of new products in our supply chain. Act as the first point of contact for suppliers within Kebony.
• Main responsible for EUDR implementation in procurement - Responsibly and sustainably sourced wood is the key to our business. Ensure the continued compliance with international standards.
• Support in master data management and production planning - Maintain master data relevant to supply chain, such as safety stocks and purchase forecasts, and create production plans for our factory in Antwerp based on business requirements.

What we are looking for: Experience, Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of logistical processes and terminology (e.g. Incoterms, )
• Working experience with
• PowerBI and SharePoint
• ERP systems (Ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
• Beneficial to have knowledge of VBA and SQL
• Strong proficiency in MS office skills, especially Excel
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a bonus
