Publisher Development Director (UK) - Adtech Fully Remote

Our client - a fast-growing, high-performing adtech company - is looking for a Publisher Development Director to drive their UK expansion and build deep, trusted partnerships across the publishing landscape.

This is a senior, strategic role for someone who truly understands the publisher monetisation ecosystem, not just the surface-level sales narrative.

What we're looking for
  • Active, current relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 UK publishers
  • A deep understanding of publisher pain points: yield, UX, revenue pressure, data challenges, ad-ops bottlenecks, and the realities of the market right now
  • Experience selling or supporting complex ad-monetisation solutions
  • Someone who can engage at a strategic level with heads of revenue, ad ops, programmatic and product teams
  • A consultative, solutions-focused approach - not transactional sales
About the opportunity

You'll be joining a business with serious momentum, an advanced publisher-focused tech stack, and a clear value proposition that solves the problems publishers actually care about.

You'll be the face of the UK publisher ecosystem for them - shaping strategy, building relationships, opening doors, and helping define how the UK market develops.

Fully remote, with occasional London meet-ups and flexibility built in.
