Public Sector HR Manager: ER and Change Lead

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a West Midlands client. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite and reports to the Head of People and Culture, acting as a trusted adviser on employee relations and organisational change.

You will lead complex employee relations cases, guide senior leaders on employment law, support restructures and TUPE, and use people data to drive performance and engagement.
