A leading public sector consultant is seeking a Training & Adoption Lead for a 12-month contract in Edinburgh. This hybrid role involves designing and delivering training frameworks to support a new Business Information Transformation Programme centered on Microsoft 365. The successful candidate will lead the adoption workstream while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance staff engagement and drive sustainable change. Strong experience in training strategy and change management is essential. Eligibility for BPSS Clearance is required.
