Public Affairs Account Manager Key Responsibilities- Deliver creative, integrated strategic communications campaigns tailored to multi-stakeholder audiences
- Interpret and clearly communicate complex policy, regulatory and commercial issues
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely, budget-conscious and high-quality delivery
- Provide insights and solutions to clients' reputational and policy challenges
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across communication channels
- Support business development initiatives, including proposals and pitch presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on responsiveness and results
- Contribute to internal culture and collaborative team ethos
- Strong experience in public affairs or strategic communications, ideally within an agency environment
- Knowledge of the UK government, policy landscape, and media, especially in financial services
- Proven ability to develop and implement communications strategies that achieve tangible outcomes
