Astons Coaches is a well-established, family-run coach company based in Worcestershire, operating a modern fleet of 30 vehicles including minibuses, midicoaches, and executive coaches.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced PSV Engineer / Coach Technician to join our small friendly engineering team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive family-run business where your ideas, experience, and input are genuinely welcomed, and where you can play an active role in helping shape and improve the workshop operation.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet to the highest standards, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable, and ready for service.

Duties will include:

Routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing faults
MOT preparation
Ensuring compliance with safety and DVSA standards
Assisting with school contract driving duties when required

What We Offer

Salary of £35,000 per year
Monday to Friday working hours: 07:30 - 16:30
1-hour lunch break

What We're Looking For

Previous PSV, HGV, bus, or coach engineering experience
IRTEC Qualification
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Ability to work independently and efficiently
PSV licence is essential
