PRS Housing Officer: Secure Homes & Landlord Partnerships

Braintree District Council is seeking a Temporary Private Rented Sector Officer in Braintree to help prevent homelessness by securing suitable private rented accommodation for households referred by Housing Officers. The role involves identifying properties, engaging landlords, and supporting residents through move-in and tenancy setup.

Working 1-2 days on-site with some roles offered 4- or 5-day weeks, offering a temporary contract with a KPI to place at least one household weekly.
