Provision CoordinatorLocation: London (hybrid working available)Contract: Permanent Full-timeSalary: £28000 - £33000 depending on experienceThe Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Provision Coordinator to join a fast-paced, service-driven organisation. This role sits at the heart of operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, supporting stakeholders and ensuring high standards of service delivery in a dynamic environment.The Role Reporting to the Senior Provision Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of programmes, acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring accurate system and data management across multiple live projects.Key responsibilities include: • Setting up, maintaining and closing programme records across internal systems • Managing documentation workflows, including contracts and programme records • Coordinating stakeholder communications, acting as first point of contact for queries • Supporting tutors and clients with scheduling, updates and programme logistics • Monitoring attendance and supporting timely reporting processes • Ensuring all data and records are accurate, compliant and audit-ready • Managing system updates and maintaining consistent file structures • Escalating issues or risks promptly to senior colleagues • Supporting team operations and covering workload across the wider team where required • Contributing to continuous improvement of operational processesAbout YouEssential: • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and administrative tools • High attention to detail and strong data management skills • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines • A proactive and collaborative approach • A genuine interest in supporting positive outcomes for young peopleDesirable: • Experience within education, social care or a related sector • Knowledge of SEND, alternative provision or public sector environmentsSafeguarding This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
