Senior / Lead Protection Engineer

Staffordshire

6 to 12 months contract

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Protection Engineer to design and implement Protection Systems across the UK Transmission and Distribution sector.

Requirements:

• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach others.
• Experience working in the UK Transmission and Distribution sector.
• Working knowledge of IEC61850 and its implementation in the field.
• Knowledge of communication systems, substation protocols, and an understanding of Cyber Security and its implications for Protection and Control solutions.
