Protection & Control EngineerPower Networks, Transmission & DistributionStafford£47,000 to £74,000 plus car plus benefitsJob Ref: J110330EDue to recent wins, we are recruiting in across the UK for numerous Protection & Control Engineers.You will be accountable for the following tasks including but not limited to: Carrying out detail design works including the protection and control aspects of different projects- The work includes- SLD,- KLD,- schematics,- wiring diagrams- functional specifications,- setting reports,- coordination and discrimination studies,- telecom,- network architecture,- SCS,- cable sizing and voltage drop,- LVAC and LVDC load calculations and sizing,- technical specification for P&C equipment,- battery and UPS systems. Carry out CDAE for P&C discipline Carry out P&C Design Assurance activities Ability to attend and chair the design review and Hazard review meetings and reviewing P&C design packages as required. Attending site visits, FAT and SAT as required.You'll need to have: HND or Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications and experience.
