The ProServe Partner Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for driving partner revenue growth through strategic business planning and execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies, manage partner relationships, and oversee pipeline management. The leader will engage with senior executives, understand partner needs, and articulate value propositions to enhance business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with AWS ProServe Leaders, account teams, and partners to define and execute joint sales and go-to-market programs.
- Maintain a holistic view of the partner community in the local market and understand partner capabilities and solutions.
- Identify and drive Go-To-Market opportunities between partners and the ProServe Business Development team.
- Expand AWS's footprint and drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue.
- Understand technical and capability requirements of partners and guide product offerings with the internal development team.
- Participate in complex contract negotiations and liaise with operational and legal teams.
- Own deal execution with partners and coach them on best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
