Prosecution Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is currently working with a well-known local authority based in Greater Manchester, seeking a Prosecution Solicitor to join their team.

Rate:
PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £48.87 - £53.27 per hour
Umbrella - £55-£65 per hour

This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend and offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities as a Prosecution Solicitor:

1. Present cases in the Magistrates' Court, including trials, bail applications, and sentencing hearings.
2. Manage a high caseload in Prosecution law from start to finish.
3. Provide expert advice and guidance within your area of expertise.

About you:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
2. Experience working in a Prosecution law team for a local authority.
3. Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' experience in Prosecution law.
