Prosci/ADKAR certified Change & Enablement Specialist

• you must be based in Belgium or willing to relocate for the duration of this assignment, which is minimum 9 months

• minimum 8 days a month present at the Brussels office is mandatory

ROLE:

As part of our Engineering Modernisation journey, the Test Transformation initiative plays a critical role in modernising the Group's approach to quality. The programme focuses on increased automation, stronger non-functional testing, improved test environment and test data management, and more consistent, standardised testing practices across squads and tribes.

Successful transformation requires more than new tools and processes. It depends on clear communication, role-based enablement and sustained behavioural change. Teams need to understand why these changes matter, how they improve delivery, and what will change in their day-to-day work.

Under the guidance of the Engineering Modernisation Transformation Leads, you will co-create and deliver role-based change and enablement materials that turn strategy into adopted behaviours and measurable outcomes across the organisation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

Change, Training & Communication Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in Change Management
• Prosci/ADKAR certified, with a good understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong command of change management tools: stakeholder mapping, impact and readiness assessments, communication and training planning, resistance management
• Experience supporting transformations in large, highly regulated organisations
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Ability to design role-based learning paths and persona-based journeys
• Comfortable working with SMEs to translate technical content into accessible messages
• Experience running communication campaigns across SharePoint, Teams, Communities of Practice, newsletters and town halls

Technical Literacy & Content Creation

• Understanding of modern testing concepts: Shift Left, BDD, TDD, contract testing, service virtualisation, automation, Azure DevOps traceability and AI-assisted testing
• Strong content creation skills (videos, visuals, training materials, FAQs, one-pagers, campaign assets)
• Experience structuring and managing content on SharePoint/Marketplaces
• Comfortable using Teams, MS Whiteboard and collaboration tools

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

• Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior leadership, Practice Leads and Communities of Practice
• Ability to create onboarding packs for leaders and support resistance management by spotting early signals
• Skilled in gathering, synthesising and escalating feedback
• Experience creating and maintaining adoption dashboards, ADKAR trackers and KPIs, and preparing concise reports (ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint reporting and analytics tools are assets)
