Overview

We are looking for a dependable virtual assistant to manage a freelancer profile (on platforms like Fiverr, or Upwork) and support our remote team. This is a remote job with the potential for daily engagement and proactive task management.

HQ: Islamabad, Capital, Pakistan. Remote job. Agency 3-4 hours daily Remote (Zoom screen share required). We need a proactive VA to automate and manage our sales pipeline and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage freelancer profiles on platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, and Upwork.
• Use and manage Bitrix24, LinkedIn, and Upwork to support sales activities.
• Automate and manage the sales pipeline; track leads and client interactions.
• Coordinate remote work processes and participate in Zoom screen sharing as needed.
• Collaborate with a small but growing remote team in electronics, PCB design, embedded systems, and IoT development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Bitrix24, LinkedIn, and Upwork.
• Experience managing freelancer profiles on gig platforms (Fiverr, Upwork).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; reliable and proactive.
• Ability to work 3-4 hours daily in a remote setting and participate in Zoom sessions.
• Familiarity with electronics, PCB design, embedded systems, or IoT development is a plus.
