What you'll be doing

Your role as part of our busy Social Housing property team will include a broad range of matters including sales and acquisitions of individual properties, assisting with development site acquisitions, site set up for sales, conditional contracts and options, deeds of variation, commercial leases, and other land transactions for commercial clients.

What we're looking for

You will be an experienced Property Lawyer with 3+ years PQE and will be capable of running your own caseload with no or minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience of general commercial property work including development work, land assembly, infrastructure and planning agreements and experience of commercial leases would also be useful.

What you'll have

You will be an effective communicator who is willing to support other less experienced members of the team. As well as being comfortable working collaboratively, you will also be able to work independently at all times ensuring that the clients' needs are paramount.
