Property Services Manager and Capital Projects Manager

As a Property Services Manager or Capital Projects Manager you will support the delivery of property capital projects and facilities services for the entire property portfolio. Your responsibilities include ensuring effective management of property service provider performance, coordinating facilities management, capital projects, and accommodation services under the Whole of Government Property Service Provider Arrangements, and overseeing the day to day activities of small teams that manage national corporate contracts and provide business support services.

• Oversee the delivery of property capital projects and facilities services across the portfolio.
• Monitor and manage the performance of property service providers for facilities management, capital projects, and accommodation services.
• Support the day to day management of small teams, including the administration of national corporate contracts.
• Provide business support services to ensure efficient property portfolio management.
• Contribute to risk based internal audit, assurance, and advisory services related to property and facilities.
• Ensure sustainability, security, and emergency management of facilities across the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience in property capital projects, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and oversee multiple contracts.
• Understanding of Whole of Government property arrangements and corporate contract management.
• Commitment to delivering high quality service within a customer focused environment.
• Experience with risk management, sustainability initiatives, and facilities emergency protocols is an advantage.
