Property Sales Progressor - Hybrid, Temp-to-Perm

Service Care Solutions Ltd in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to support a Housing organisation. You will manage property transactions from reservation through to legal completion for new-build shared ownership, resales and buybacks, with AML and related documentation support.

The role also covers lease extensions, remortgages, landlord certificates and associated conveyancing tasks, in a busy team environment with clear processes.
