More about your role

We are looking to recruit a Property Sales Officer into our Property Sales team. As a member of a dynamic team, you will deliver a full sale administration service for the Property Sales function. Knowledge of statutory sales to tenant options and resale processes is desirable for this role. A key part of your daily tasks will be managing all sales and resales in line with legislative requirements, individual leases, and transfers, as well as internal service level agreements. You will liaise with existing customers, proposed buyers, solicitors, estate agents, and other internal business areas within Places for People. You will provide a great experience for all customers, tailored to reflect their requirements, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

You will be based in the Preston office twice a week on a hybrid basis.

More about you

We are looking for you to be able to flourish and thrive in a fast-paced administrative environment. Experience working within property sales or being a university graduate within the legal sector would be advantageous. We require someone who can display strong attention to detail and is quick to learn. We will also require you to effectively manage multiple priorities and enjoy variety in your work.

As this role requires working with a diverse range of people, we need you to have excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering excellent customer service. You should have a calm and competent telephone manner and the ability to demonstrate written skills in a professional manner.
