Job Description

Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service and Resources Administrator to join the Property Repairs Service. This full-time, 37 hours per week role is office-based in Rugby.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, log repair tickets, schedule resources and coordinate with officers, operatives and contractors to deliver timely repairs.

Candidates with social housing repairs experience and strong data accuracy, plus good MS Office skills, are encouraged to apply.
