Property Portfolio Manager - Client Relations (Hybrid)

Workman is seeking a proactive property portfolio manager to oversee and enhance landlord-tenant relations, led by the Client team and supported by on-site staff. The role focuses on protecting landlord value through proactive management and ensuring lease obligations are met.

You will collaborate with institutional fund managers, drive strategic projects, and develop junior colleagues while cross-selling our specialist services across sustainability, surveying, and placemaking initiatives with
