Property Paralegal

Our client, awell-regarded law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within property law, with genuine opportunities for progression, including potential training contracts.

The Role

You will work closely with fee earners, providing support across a range of property matters while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with residential and/or commercial property matters
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing and maintaining client files and records
• Conducting property searches and Land Registry checks
• Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional manner
• Supporting the smooth progression of matters from instruction to completion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
• Well organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Keen interest in developing a career in property law
