This is a homebased role with the option to work from our Reading office if required and regular site visits around Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire/Essex/Swindon. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Liaise with residents, committee members, and contractors to plan, arrange, and monitor major repairs/maintenance worksArrange insurance cover and instigate insurance claimsPrepare yearly service charge estimates and monitor collection of service charges and other payments required by the leaseAudit of accounts and monitor expenditure on all schemesEnsure compliance across sitesPerform weekly site visitsArrange, attend, and lead site meetingsRegular site visits (Clean full UK driving license required)Please Note: You will be provided with the relevant guidance and support to be successful in the role WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU; Previous property management experience and a passion for providing exceptional quality and serviceAbility to plan, organise and prioritize work.Ability to work independently from home once trained.Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors, and persons inside / outside of the organisation.Excellent team playerProficient IT SkillsStrong Multi-Tasking AbilityAbility to grasp new concepts quicklyTPI associate or working towardsFull UK driving license For more information about this position, or to find out more about Premier Estates, please visit our for further details.
