Property Manager

Commercial Property / Estates Manager - Permanent position. Salary up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits (26 days holiday, great pension, private healthcare) and bonus potential. Lincoln based with hybrid working available.

A successful multi-site business based in Lincolnshire is looking for an Estates Manager to join their existing team. This is a fantastic time to join a growing organisation which is at the forefront of its field.

• Management and performance of a portfolio of properties within the region
• Working with internal and external parties in relation to lease management, renewals, surveys, rent reviews, dilapidations, etc.
• Asset management
• Ensuring the portfolio is compliant with regulations (Landlord and Tenant Act / Service Charge Code)
• Reporting to multiple stakeholders on rental income, lease life, etc.

• Ideally RICS qualified
• Good understanding of Landlord / Tenant law
• Solid understanding of property health and safety
• Previous experience of commercial property management
