Property Manager
My client is looking for a seasoned Property Manager who has more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
Compensation: Up to 100K basic + benefits/ commission/ car.
Qualifications- 10+ years experience in commercial property management.
- Genuine hunter - this is a new business acquisition role.
- Comfortable with and have a proven track record of consistent prospecting.
- Highly driven and target-oriented.
- Maximise revenues and grow the commercial property register.
- Display high standards of service and presentation.
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
- Highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
