Property Manager

On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized and solidly established player in the real estate sector, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager (m/f/d). You will join a dynamic structure with a recognized know-how, offering autonomy and responsibilities. Responsibilities:- Autonomous management of a mixed real estate portfolio including commercial spaces.- Supervision and support of an assistant, with close collaboration with the owner towards authorities, companies, and craftsmen.- Complete management of the entrusted portfolio.- Overall monitoring of the process: location, regular role selection, and general oversight of properties.- Work management: coordination and oversight of contractors.- Management of concierges: recruitment, supervision, follow-up, drafting and management of reports intended for owners.- General correspondence, management of files, and tracking of completed tasks (CFC or equivalent).- Perfect command of Swiss lease law.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, in a proven role managing a real estate portfolio (qualification: a recognized asset).- Proficiency in the use of tools (IMMOBASE or equivalent).- Perfect command of French; knowledge of other languages is a plus.- Volunteer, engaged, with an excellent sense of client management, organized, capable, and able to work autonomously.- Curiosity and enthusiasm for daily challenges in a varied work environment with diverse clients offering real freedom and action in your daily work.- Possibility of working from home based on needs.- Modern and efficient social conditions.- Opportunities for continuing education, both internal and external.- Support program to facilitate your arrival, a company vehicle provided for travel benefits in a company active in several sectors, and a motivating work environment supported by competent colleagues.If you have any questions regarding this job offer (reference: JN - ), contact Loïc Beeri at.
