Property Manager - Market Rent

Salary:£36,000.00 - £43,000.00 Per year SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is one of the largest housing associations in England. We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as creating thousands of new affordable homes every year.We have an opportunity for a Property Manager - Market Rent to join us at SNG, based either from our Basingstoke or Greenham office. This is hybrid working role where you'll be in the office, home, and site visits 2 days per week.Your roleAs a Market Rent Property Manager, you'll be delivering a high quality property management service to our market rent customers. Ensuring that our properties are efficiently let, managed and maintained, maximising rental income and minimising void periods and making sure we have a high level of customer satisfaction.You'll be involved in all pre-tenancy and post-tenancy activities including carrying out viewings, tenant vetting, routine property inspections, overseeing void properties and arranging statutory inspections and compliance checks.You will be working collaboratively with colleagues across SNG and developing positive relationships with our customers, contractors and internal and external stakeholders.About youYou will need outstanding customer service skills and experience in delivering customer services to a diverse range of customers with a broad level of service.
