Property Manager - Junior

We're pleased to be supporting an established property business within Bath in their search for a new addition. May suit someone from hospitality or customer service background.

DAY TO DAY:

• Main point of contact for tenants and landlords, managing property portfolios with a proactive approach
• Handling queries, complaints with tenants
• Coordinating & processing maintenance requests, liaising with 3rd parties /service providers to provide an efficient service
• Ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant regulations
• Conducting inspections and reporting on conditions, booking in follow up procedures and checks
• Helping tenants on board, handover notes, schedules of conditions and key information to tenants
• Assisting tenants moving out, arranging end of tenancy paperwork, keys, final checks etc
• Maintaining records, files and property management
• Using and preparing reports on energy consumption
• Working collaboratively with wider team and supporting elsewhere in business as and when needed

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Great customer service skills and a desire to provide great commercial service
• Experience in a property management role is advantageous but not essential
• Someone who can multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain professional standards
• Good accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to pick up new technical skills
• A proactive approach and friendly manner
