Property Manager - Hybrid, Residential Blocks & Tenant Care

Jobit is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day management of residential properties in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for managing tenancy-related matters, ensuring compliance, and liaising with contractors. This full-time role allows for hybrid working with 3 days in the office and a salary up to £32,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of property management experience, strong organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence.
