Property Manager - 6-9 months

Are Juice is excited to be partnering exclusively with a boutique property company in their search for a Lettings Coordinator. This established team is looking for someone to join the team on a 6 - 9 month contract with the chance of it going permanent.

DAY TO DAY -

• Be first point of contact via phone, email, and online
• Qualify interested parties ensuring system has all the right information
• Arrange and conduct viewings
• Make sure all listings are posted on internal and external platforms
• Right to rent checks, reference checks and more
• Support wider team with general administration including maintenance requests and inspections

ALL ABOUT YOU -

• Fantastic communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Work to targets when needed
• Knowledge of lettings/ property industry
• Own car and full clean driving license
• Some transport required to other office to cover when needed
