A leading UK law firm is seeking a Property Disputes Solicitor/Associate to join its growing team in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 0-3 years' PQE to develop their career within a highly regarded property litigation practice.

You will advise a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, investors, developers, charities and commercial property owners on a broad range of property disputes, including:

• Landlord & tenant matters
• Lease renewals
• Dilapidations
• Forfeiture
• Breach of covenant
• Development land disputes
• Easements
• Restrictive covenants
• Trespass
• Nuisance claims
